The Business Excellence in Local Government course allows participants to understand the fundamental concepts that anchor Excellence Models.

Working in a collaborative learning environment, participants will explore the Principles of Business Excellence, Systems Thinking, Organisational Learning, Continuous Improvement, Risk Management, and Innovation.
