How do I know if I am entitled to member pricing?
If your council holds membership with Local Government NSW, this entitles all staff within the council to access member pricing by creating a LGNSW account and linking this to your council.

How do I create an account and link this to my council to access member pricing?
We recommend creating an account using our online form.
When entering your email address, please ensure your council email address is used to allow system validation. If you do not enter your council email address, you may not be able to access member pricing.

I have just created an account but can’t access member pricing, what should I do?
If the system has not been able to validate your account, you will not be able to access member pricing for your registration.

What is my username?
Your username should be your work email address. If you have forgotten your username or are unsure if you hold an account, please click "Forgot username?" and follow the prompts.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Click "Forgot password" and follow the prompts to reset your password.
