Cancellation Policy
The LGNSW Learning and Development team conducts this event on a cost recovery basis and therefore cannot refund fees for non-attendance. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations will be refunded (less a $660 administration fee), if made before 5pm on Friday 14 August 2026. No refund will be given after that date.
Tickets cannot be shared between delegates or days. Individuals will be charged at the full day rate of $990 (incl GST) if they arrive on the day without prior written notice.

Photography and Videography
There will be a videographer and photographer onsite to capture footage of the event. This footage may result in the imagery/sound of HR Conference attendees being used for promotional activity and included in LGNSW emails, website and social media.
If you do not wish to participate, please advise a LGNSW staff member on the day.
