Public speaking, speaking with authority and confidence is a learned skill. We may be talking to colleagues, to the community in general, or to constituents. How do we get our message across effectively?

Do we have simple, easy to use tools to prepare what we are going to say?  Can we deal effectively with questions and with aggressive behaviour?

Public Speaking & Presentation Skills training takes some of the fear out of speaking and presenting and replaces it with confidence and professionalism. It is designed for people who have to speak publicly often.  

We will combine practical planning, techniques and delivery skills that result in more powerful speaking and improved delivery.

Process

The facilitator will use a questionnaire, personal and participant examples, group discussions and individual exercises to assist the participants to become more confident and more dynamic in their public speaking and or presentations.

Ample time will be given to participants for skills practise.
