Cancellation Policy: Modifications can be made by contacting the LGNSW Events Team at [email protected] or (02) 9242 4000. Your registration details and confirmation ID will be provided in the confirmation email sent automatically when registering online.
Amendments to bookings can be made by email only to the above contact until Monday 5 June 2023. Any subsequent changes must be advised to the registration desk at the conference and will be accommodated if possible.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no additional charge. All cancellations must be advised in writing to LGNSW (email [email protected]). Cancellations dated on or before COB Monday 29 May 2023 will incur a cancellation fee of $220. No refunds will be made for cancellations advised after this date.
