Round 5 Open – Low Cost Loans Initiative
The NSW Government has announced $12 million to support regional communities in accelerating housing delivery through Round 5 of the Low-Cost Loans initiative.
The program provides financial support for essential infrastructure projects, including roads, intersections, and water and sewer upgrades.
Applications for Round 5 close at 5 pm on 31 August 2026. Eligible councils and county councils are encouraged to apply, with further details available in the program guidelines.
