  • We launched Super View, an interactive online tool that allows members to see where and how their money is invested.
  • We reaffirmed our commitment to the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast region by locating to a new office and Member Care Centre at 15 Lambton Road, Broadmeadow.
  • We launched an interactive chatbot named Ace, to help answer the most commonly asked questions quickly and conveniently. It’s accessible 24/7 via mobile devices and powered by WhatsApp.
  • We resumed our free retirement seminars to help our members prepare for retirement.
  • We expanded the number of retailers participating in Active Super Booster the rewards program, where members can boost their super while they shop at over 650 selected retailers.*

With a Sydney-based call centre, and client relationship managers and financial planners on the ground throughout NSW, we’re** here to help. If you have any queries about how we can help you or your council stay active with super, please feel free to reach out to your local CRM or contact us on 1300 547 873.
