Closure of construction sites

The Office of Local Government, in conjunction with State agencies, has prepared guidance for councils to support their negotiations with regard the "Closure of Construction Sites".
 
This guidance is a modified version of the Guidelines that were prepared for State Government agencies, tailored for the local government context.

Councils are encouraged to work with their contractors in a proactive way to support the Closure of Construction Sites and for a re-opening in COVID Safe manner, consistent with the Public Health Orders.
