Feedback invited - Review of temporary COVID-19 planning measures

Councils are encouraged to provide input into a review of temporary planning measures introduced last year in response to COVID-19.

The Department of Planning, Industry and Environment has proposed recommendations for a series of temporary planning measures that were introduced in 2020.

The proposed recommendations include either continuing the temporary measures or reverting to pre-COVID planning rules at the end of the “prescribed period” (25 March 2021).
