Port Stephens Council - Operationalising the NSW Weed Risk Management system – a resource prioritisation & allocation model
Council’s Invasive Species Team has developed a weeds program prioritisation model that ensures efforts are focused on managing the most significant weeds while maximising efficiency in targeting them based on the NSW Weed Risk Management System.
By identifying required resources to achieve weed management outcomes, the model can provide a prioritised allocation of time required to control priority weeds.

Georges River Council - Fox education and management initiative
Foxes are a common pest throughout southern Sydney, largely responsible for impacting threatened species. Georges River Council worked with the neighbouring councils of Bayside, Canterbury-Bankstown and Sutherland Shire to effectively and responsibly manage foxes through information sharing, education and a coordinated baiting program.
