Waverley Council - Building Futures Program
Building Futures targets strata buildings with dedicated advice and support to deliver reductions in energy use, greenhouse emissions and water use and improve waste management.

In 2018-2019, 10 strata buildings in Bondi Junction collectively achieved a 20% average reduction in common area energy use. On average, participant buildings will save >$10,000/year on electricity bills and deliver close to 600 tonnes emission reductions/per year.

City of Newcastle - Achieving 2020 Climate Action
City of Newcastle’s implementation of its 2020 Carbon and Water Management Action Plan included construction of a 5MW Solar Farm, upgrading 4,000 street lights to LED, converting parts of the council fleet to electric vehicles (EV) and installing a public EV charge network.
