• The Hon. Rob Stokes MP, Minister for Planning and Public Spaces - the need for reform, challenges and opportunities presented by the pandemic and the critical role the planning system can play in the state’s economic and social recovery.
• Kiersten Fishburn, Coordinator General, Planning Delivery Unit at NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment – how the PDU is working closely with stakeholders, councils and government agencies to remove blockages and resolve issues on projects in the planning system.
• Julian Szafraniec, an urban economist, Partner and Principal at SGS Economics & Planning and key adviser to the government - changes in the economy and social norms pre, during and post-COVID and the implications for local government and future planning for NSW.
