Funding available to councils for Make Music Day 

Small project grants of $15,000 will be available for Make Music Day, designed to give musicians hard hit by the pandemic access to paid work on the day.

The funding is available to councils through Create NSW, Department of Planning, Industry and Environment’s Festival of Place.

Applications close Sunday 16 May 2021 and activities must take place Sunday 20 June and/or Monday 21 June 2021.

Make Music Day is a global celebration of making publicly accessible music.
