State Environmental Planning Policy (Koala Habitat Protection) 2021

The Koala SEPP 2021 commenced on 17 March 2021. In response, the Department of Planning Industry and Environment held a recorded information session for stakeholders, responding to questions and developed a number of resources to outline and explain the new SEPP.
