Business Events Fund and Marketing Support Grants
The NSW Government has announced a grant round for business event organisers for new business events. Also open, is the Tourism Industry Marketing Support Grants Program. Councils are eligible to apply for both.
Applicants for the Business Events Industry Support package may apply for business events such as conferences, conventions, and courses that will attract 50 or more delegates, have a duration of more than 6 hours and are held in a public event venue before 31 December.

Applicants for the Tourism Industry Marketing Support Grants Program will be able to apply for match funding between $10,000 and $50,000 ex GST for operators to undertake a variety of different marketing activities to promote visitor experiences, attractions, tours and accommodation. Councils are eligible to apply and applications close on 13 May.
