Careers at Council website refresh

After a successful first year establishing itself as local government’s careers hub, the Careers at Council website has been given a brand new look to make it easier and more accessible to users. 

Drawing from in-depth analytics to understand how candidates move through the site; what pages they are visiting the most, and how long they’re spending there – the site has been updated to better support the user journey. As well as a fresh new layout, it is now easier to search for a job and to register for job alerts.

Candidates will also find a new page dedicated to council videos – to better tell the story of a career in local government from council employees themselves.
