Skilling for recovery

Councils are invited to apply for training funds under the Skilling for Recovery Program.

The initiative is part of a joint funding commitment between the NSW and Australian Governments under the JobTrainer Fund. This fund has over $91 million committed for training in the construction sector to support the NSW economy to rebuild from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Skilling for Recovery - Construction will provide over 40,000 part qualification training places for people skilling for jobs in the construction industry. For details on the program and eligibility criteria and how to apply please refer to the Skilling for recovery information brochure.
