Purchasing for someone else in your council/organisation

If you would like to register on behalf of someone else within your council/organisation, you will need to log in to the portal as yourself to act on their behalf.

Sign in with your username and password (if you haven't already done so). If you receive emails from us, you will already have an account set up.

In most cases (unless otherwise advised), your username is the email address that you have listed with us. If this is the first time accessing your account, you will need to reset your password by clicking "Forgot password?".

If you don’t know either your username or password, click "Forgot username?" and/or "Forgot password?" and further information will be provided via email.

If you don’t believe you have an account with us, click "Create a new account", follow the prompts and navigate back to this page to purchase tickets.

Once you are properly logged in, click “Register Someone Else”. Locate the person you want to register by typing their name into the search field. All contacts that have an account with us from your council/organisation will appear in the drop down. Please note: all Mayors, Councillors and General Managers have been set up with an account, so please do not create a new account for these categories. Simply select the correct person, click save and close, choose a Registration Option (if available), save responses to any relevant questions and proceed to the checkout.

If the person you wish to register doesn’t exist, create a new contact, enter the relevant contact details, click save and close, choose a Registration Option (if available), save responses to any relevant questions and proceed to the checkout.
