This project encompasses social inclusion programs, landholder resilience and best practice training to support the eradication of Tropical Soda Apple along the Macleay River and tributaries in the Upper Macleay/Kempsey area.

Strathfield Municipal Council: Sale of Invasive Species Management – Sydney Flower Markets
This program combined surveillance and education to curtail the sale of invasive species at the markets and promote better compliance with the Biosecurity Act 2015.

Illawarra Shoalhaven Joint Organisation: Managing Risk on High-Risk Pathways
Illawarra District Weeds Authority aligned its priority weed inspection and control program to align with Transport for NSW’s night road closures, reducing disruption to motorists and ensuring safety of workers along designated high-risk road pathways.
