How do I know if I am entitled to member pricing?
If your council holds membership with Local Government NSW, this entitles all staff within the council to access member pricing by creating a LGNSW account and linking this to your council.

How do I link my account to my council/organisation?
When entering the organisation name, type in the first few letters of your council and a drop- down box will appear with shortlisted results. Please ensure you click on your council, and this will automatically populate the address fields for you. You will need to use your work email address when creating the account for verification purposes.

I have just created an account but can’t access member pricing, what should I do?
All new accounts need to be verified by LGNSW before you can access member benefits which may take up to two business days. If you require immediate access to register for an event or learning course, please send an email to [email protected].

What is my username?
Your username should be your work email address. If you have forgotten your username or are unsure if you hold an account, please click "Forgot username?" and follow the prompts.

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Click "Forgot password" and follow the prompts to reset your password.
