This course is designed to enhance your awareness, confidence and self-assessment of your personal communication style. Through engaging activities, you will have the opportunity to evaluate aspects such as your tone, pitch, body language, both in face-to-face interactions and over the phone.

Upon completion of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Enhance their communication style regarding tone and pitch, for both face-to-face interactions and over the phone.
- Improve awareness of personal body language and acquire methods for improvement.
- Boost confidence in managing diverse personalities and develop effective strategies for handling various situations.
- Conduct a self-assessment of their current communication style and design strategies for improvement.

Any person involved in customer communication will gain valuable insights into their communication style through self-assessment and will significantly enhance their skills by participating in this training.
Process
The facilitator will use a combination of group discussions, council case studies, and both group and individual activities using Local Government oriented examples.
